Lydia B. Cannizzo, managing partner has published extensive articles on various topics affecting various industries and companies in the global workforce and community. Ms. Cannizzo is in the process of preparing her first textbook for the development, implementation of human resource policies, procedures and employee handbooks. Lydia B. Cannizzo was recently nominated to Biltmore's Who's Who. She is a graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law (1998). Her undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Health Services with a minor in Health Administration was obtained from Florida Atlantic University. Ms. Cannizzo has over 20 years in human resource management, training, compliance and department/staff development and has practiced law for 10 years as a member of the Florida Bar since 1999. Ms. Cannizzo is a member of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 2000. 

Ms. Cannizzo is an adjunct faculty member for Nova Southeastern University, Inc. in the Master's in Employment Law, Master's in Education Law, and Master's in Student Affairs. She teaches various courses including "The College Student and the Law", "Ethics in Education", "Employment Policies and Handbooks", "Labor Law", and "Higher Education Law",
